Ok, let's say I have a red marbolo and a golden marboro. Red one has 10mg of nicotine electronic cigarette in it golden has 6mg. I was wondering what makes the difference. Is it the filter, or are there different tobaccos used, because the filters of both cigarettes look identical when examined.
